Marshall – One Good Reason to Pick the Dolphins in Madden and in the NFL Season
Brandon Marshall is rated among the best receivers on Madden NFL 11 and will be one of the biggest weapons that you can find in this game if you play as the Miami Dolphins.
There’s no secret that Marshall is one of the biggest hopes for the Dolphins team this upcoming season, and if you’re a fan of NFL Betting, you should consider that this team has worked to step up its offensive line before the 2010/11 season.
In what may be considered as a great choice, the Miami Dolphins signed the wide receiver for a $ 47 million four-year contract, which represents one of the biggest acquisitions for the Dolphins after Ricky Williams in 2002.
Marshall’s arrival to the Dolphins could change this team’s offense; however, we don’t know what kind of change he can make until he starts working out with the team.
The wide receiver missed the offseason workouts due to hip surgery and is expected to be ready for training camp this month.
Marshall could play a big role for the Dolphins this season, and I think he will be the player who improves the receiving percentage of the offense for this team, considering that the Dolphins were ranked No.17 last season.
This player caught 21 passes in Week 14 against the Indianapolis Colts and broke the record for the most catches in a game. Don’t forget that he also scored 25 touchdowns in four seasons with the Denver Broncos.
Undoubtedly, this is a great opportunity for Marshall, taking into account that this player has never been part of a team that has reached the playoffs.
And I think that Marshall, along with quarterback Chad Henne, can build the most effective offense in the AFC East.
For his part, Henne’s rating in Madden 11 is not as good as some would expect. However, the main reason could be his lack of experience, considering that Henne became the starting quarterback after Chad Pennington injured his shoulder in Week 4 of last season.
NY Jets
The quarterback of the New York Jets, Mark Sanchez, is rated over Chad Henne in the Madden NFL 2011 game. And if you’re a fan of Football Betting, you should consider that these players’ teams are the strongest candidates to win the AFC East title.
Sanchez has been rated three points above the Dolphins quarterback, Chad Henne, in Madden 11 and it has certainly caused a lot of controversy, taking into account the big rivalry between these two teams.
Quarterback Sanchez was the first-round pick in 2009, and in his first season he completed 196 passes, 12 of which were touchdowns passes with 20 interceptions in his first season as a starting quarterback with the Jets.
In his last season, Sanchez did not perform as highly. However, he had the opportunity to show improvement in the postseason by achieving two major wins in playoff games.
Also, one aspect to consider is that Sanchez made the big jump onto the Jets´ team in his rookie season, while others take at least one season to adapt to the system and the playing style of the team.
After knee surgery, the quarterback has had hard training sessions with the sole purpose of increasing his numbers and statistics as compared to his rookie season.
His speed and arm strength make him a talented young player. Besides, the experience he gained in the playoff games could make Sanchez an effective quarterback for the Jets.
On the other hand, the Jets had a good 2009 season also due to the strength of their defense. However, the Jets have also demonstrated a great rushing offense, which is expected to be as strong in the up-coming season.
With the signing of the cornerback Santonio Holmes, the Jets are expected to do great things this upcoming season, better than those achieved in 2009/10 season.
Undoubtedly, the Miami Dolphins and the New England Patriots will have tough battles with the Jets for the AFC East title this season, and the games between these teams can be considered as some of the most attractive games of the regular season.

It is awesome to see how well the Jets are doing! I have not seen anything like this since the days of Joe Namath and Emerson Boozer
