This blitz can be done from almost any four down linemen defense. I like to use dime normal. Setup: pinch line blitz down ( depending on play ) Make sure you have a speed NB blitzing off the edge, he brings the heat. Reblitz The Dt on the side your DB is blitzing. Contain the DT on the opposite side and put your DE in any coverage, usualy i use a yellow zone or spy. Finaly blitz your MLB over the DT’s.

In the first video you will see the motion hike quik pass to a hot routed slant.
