This weeks Madden Roster Update is one of the biggest so far this year because this week’s roster update for Madden 11 will be for week 11 and week 12 of the NFL season. Steve Johnson got a three point overall increase but with a three point catch decrease. Dwayne Bowe gets a big boost from 88 to 92 and Matt Cassel moves up three to an 85 for smacking my Seahawks, SMH. Peyton Manning has finally lost his 99 rating. Dropping a point to 98 is significant in this case as Manning has been a steady 99 in Madden for years. Another 99 from earlier in the season, Chris Johnson, drops a point to 97. Speaking of Titans, C. Finnegan loses some strength and swag after the Andre beat down ( just kidding- not funny ). Some big names to hit the IR include Frank Gore, Vince Young, Shawne Merriman, and Clinton Portis.The teams benefiting the most from this update are the Bills with seven players receiving ratings increases, the Patriots have six, and the Bears come in with five. Most hurt by the update are the Cardinals with five players dropping and a team rating falling by four points, while the Bengals and Colts each have three players drop.
